It never ceases to amaze me that no matter where I go or how long I'm away, I always miss the Melbourne weather. Anywhere from Wollongong upwards the weather is all too perfect for me. Yes, the full natural sun tan is great and the fresh air is nice but its monotonous, you wake up and there's nothing to keep you on your toes. Nothing to keep the mind sharp and I think that's the difference in people. Too much sun causes a laid back slower approach to life, whereas here in Melbourne we know we need to beat the weather but that has followed through to racing against a clock with no known time limit.
I really just want to find a happy medium somewhere in the middle. A life less hectic, but not so laid back to be percieved as lazy, as long as it has Melbourne weather. I'll post some photos of some of the sights I've seen on my travels to share with you all and definitely glad to be back in Melbourne because there really is no place like home 💜 😚
