it says it in the title there needs to be more research, awareness, safety education plus into consensual Kink BDSM play for mental health. I have bipolar and get so depressed meds exercise not enough but I get canned how hard I want how I like by someone nice and (gotten very soft due to absence, but it's a good thing, better to be soft consensual and safe than traumatized) and I'm so happy I can wipe the smile off my face, if done it earlier like my therapist told me Penni Dickson InMynd therapy Deakin Canberra best therapist in the world, literally saved my life many times. I see her weekly and would not be here if not for her.
maybe if I did that I wouldn't have relapsed to alcohol and cigarettes but she told me it's just make me stronger and I believe her, she said it takes some approx. 8 relapses to fully quit something they want to and don't feel bad cause those relapses are necessary they make you quitting addiction muscle stronger each time relapses are part of the process and look how far I've come, i did 4.5 weeks off both alcohol and smokes cold turkey i even went to a wedding sober, Penni reminded me.
I'm not sober now but i will be by Monday thank you penni xx
