2nd lesson learnt.
ShareDon't negotiate with clients. It does not feel good for anyone. It highlights something we are all trying to forget as soon as possible. SW costs money. Yes it costs but to get excited we need to forget that for a while and that's not possible when money is front and center of our discussions. We provide a service of care and like other such services, for a while we need to put the money talk behind us and just connect.
