Red Flags - Escort Edition
ShareWe all encounter red flags; in our friendships, love life and even casual conversations. The same applies in the escorting industry, but at a higher magnitude. For newcomers and veterans alike - these are the red flags you should watch out for in clients.
- They don't want to share details, or share crucial details at the last second: this can be a sign of deception and guilt, tread cautiously!
- They change the location: while this is not generally a red flag, this can lead to further deception, do your due diligence and check other details twice!
- Client doesn't want to talk, only text: for your own safety, confirm the identity of your client with a chat. A conversation reveals many red flags that cannot be grasped through texting. This is especially important if you have any doubts regarding your clients' age and character.
- They don't want to pay a holding deposit or confirm their identity: while anonymity is key in this industry, for your own security, ask for a holding deposit or alternatively, a confirmation of identity. Safety always comes first!
- They ask too many questions or get too intimate: this usually means they are only after a conversation. Avoid these kind of time wasters - if they start a winding conversation/flirtation, cut them off sweetly by asking them to provide booking details. 9/10 times they will say that they will 'get back to you'.
Read and repeat, knowing these red flags can help you improve your communication with potential clients and the bookings you take.
